  Can someone explain to me why the manager of the food pantry can't understand that some addresses there maybe more one home,apt.,ext.,and refuses to serve the people who are on the same address for example222 colusa may have apt 101, 102, 103 ext.,can someone please explain to her that the food is for a house hold and not the address, though it's been brought to her attention she just can't grasp the concept...
